I consider Wix to be great for a small business. I mean, they literally start out at the price of free, so that kind of supports that 🙂

Yes:
They make it super friendly to help you in every category. From design changes, SEO, marketing.
Their goal is to make it that easy. You will have a little learning curve just to get your feet wet.
But you will be set after diving in.
Are the free options for website builders good?
Personally:
I’ve found if it’s free it just doesn’t offer enough. There are a select few that offer a free store like Wix. But keep in mind your super limited to what you can do.
So:
It’s not yours. And they brand themselves on it.
So, at least, consider the combo, or their most popular plan the unlimited.
